We are committed to providing you with efficient and safe shipping services. The following are the terms and conditions regarding shipping, which apply to all orders you place on this website. - Shipping Times
We offer the following fixed shipping time options:
Standard delivery: Estimated delivery time is 5 business days. Applicable to most domestic orders in Denmark.
Expedited delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3 business days. This option is for orders that require quick delivery (please select Expedited delivery at checkout). Additional shipping charges will apply.
All shipping times are calculated from the date of shipment from our warehouse. Please note that holidays and other force majeure factors may result in longer delivery times. - Logistics and transportation partners
We work with the following logistics and transportation companies to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and quickly:
PostNord: Denmark’s largest postal and logistics service provider, providing reliable domestic delivery services.
DHL: Internationally renowned courier and logistics company, providing expedited delivery and tracking services.
Bring: Professional logistics solution provider, providing flexible delivery options and efficient services. - Import and export standards
All international deliveries comply with the import and export standards and regulations of Denmark and the destination country.
We handle all the required shipping documents and customs declarations to ensure that your order is shipped legally and in compliance with regulations. - Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the total weight of the order. You will see the relevant shipping cost information during checkout. - Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the waybill number and tracking link. You can use the waybill number to track the status of the package in real time on the official website of the cooperating logistics company. - Failed delivery
During the delivery process, if the delivery fails due to inaccurate address, no one to sign for or other reasons, we will contact you and negotiate re-delivery. Additional charges may be incurred. - Contact us
