Return Conditions
Quality Issues: If the product you received has quality issues (such as damage, defects, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible.
Wrong Shipment: If the product you received does not match the order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods. We will process your return or exchange as soon as possible.
Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the product must be in its original condition, unused and with all original packaging.
Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Please contact us through our customer service hotline or online customer service system to explain the reason for the return and provide relevant proof (such as photos, videos, etc.).
Application Review: Our customer service team will review your return application within 24 hours. After the review is passed, we will provide a return address and relevant instructions.
Return Goods: Please return the goods within 30 days of receiving the return address. Please ensure that the product is intact and comes with all original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
Refund processing: We will process a refund for you within 3 working days after we receive the returned product and confirm that it is correct. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account.
